"The Mission of Fallyn's Forget Me Not Foundation is to bridge the gap between the youth and the elderly by encouraging youth to do nice things for seniors, so that seniors know they are not forgotten."

A MESSAGE FROM YOUR FOUNDER
"Hi Everyone! My name is Fallyn and I am so excited to share my foundation with all of you. After watching my Grandmother slowly be taken by Alzheimer's, and seeing how it can devastate families, I decided to do something about it. Visiting my grandmother in a care home was a weekly routine for me. As I got to know the other ladies in the home, I realized that for many of them, I was their only visitor. The sad realization that many of our seniors are forgotten, is the reason I decided to start this foundation.

I have three main goals I would like to accomplish with this foundation: First, to bring awareness and raise funds for Alzheimer's Disease. Second, to bridge the gap between youth and seniors. I believe that Understanding leads to Acceptance. Third, to let seniors know that there are people who care and they are not forgotten.

I hope you will join me in this journey and participate in projects to help our senior citizens. I also hope that this small-town girl can make a BIG difference in the fight against Alzheimer's!"
